THE FIRST STEP IS DISCUSSION OF IDEA
Our team will be going through some discussion with the client to understand what is the exact idea behind the brand. There are many emerging genres in the clothing sector such as Gym wear, Streetwear, Casual Wear or Office Casual Wear, Clothing which is meant for a particular sport such as cycling jerseys or motorcycling jerseys and many more.
FABRIC SELECTION
FABRIC IS SUGGESTED TO THE CLIENT
After understanding the idea as per the genre the fabrics are suggested the variation of colors are shown, Actual swatches of fabrics are made available for the clients to understand and have a first hand touch and feel.
DRAFTING OR PATTERN MAKING
DRAFTS OF SAMPLES ARE MADE
The draft or commonly known in India as "Farma" is made. Our skilled masters with our client ideas make a draft for cutting of fabric, For every design, we have to make a new pattern. Making the pattern is the most important part as all of the production will be made with the approved draft.
SAMPLING
SAMPLES ARE MADE BASED ON DRAFTS
The first samples are made based on the drafts made. The samples are further given to the client for trial. We suggest our client to take a reply from friends and family about their product and the suggestion can help us to make a better product.
PRODUCTION
DRAFTS OF SAMPLES ARE MADE
The production for approved samples is made. During the production, We ensure that each and every product is strictly quality checked and packed.
LABELLING AND HANG TAGS
INSIDE AND OUTSIDE BRANDING OF LABELS
We suggest our client places where branding or labeling can be done. The most common areas of labeling are inside the back region of the T-shirts, Sleeve hems, and bottom hems. Labels or hang-tags can be made from various materials such as wood, paper, Bamboo, Plastic, and metal. The client can procure the labels and tags from vendors suggested by us or anyone from the market.
PRINTING
PRINTING ANY CUSTOMISED DESIGNS
We expect our clients to provide us with the artwork that is to be printed on their merchandise. We provide Screen Printing (CMYK, SPOT COLOUR, PUFF, DISCHARGE, FOIL, GLOW IN THE ), DTF, Embroidery, VINYL (GLOSS, MATT, PUFF, GLITTER, GLOW IN THE DARK) as well as Sublimation. However our team will always suggest the best dimensions and print placement for the merchandise.
PACKAGING
PRIMARY & SECONDARY PACKAGING
We suggest our client places where BOPP or Paper packaging materials are available. We also help our clients procure secondary corrugated packaging boxes that can elevate the customer perception of the brand. The most common primary packaging materials used are BOPP bags, Paper bags, Tissue Bags or even craft paper.
